The Vampire is a recurring creature and boss enemy in the Mana series. Most often, it is depicted as a large humanoid creature with various aspects of bats, including the rodent's head and fangs, as well as a large cape modeled after bats' wings.

The Vampire was planned to appear in the cancelled first game, Seiken Densetsu: The Emergence of Excalibur.
Final Fantasy Adventure, Adventures of Mana and Sword of Mana[]

Introduced as Count Lee, a Vampire is the lord and master of Kett Manor, where he is known to abduct women in their sleep. They are then placed in coffins for him to feed upon later. When Fuji is abducted and taken to the basement, Sumo must rescue her. As the two prepare to leave the manor, the Vampire ambushes them. He is quickly dispatched.
In Sword of Mana, the Vampire is caught by the hero as he prepares to take the heroine for himself. Both vehemently refuse his plan to seal her in a coffin, triggering a battle. The Vampire is defeated and brought to sense, after which Lord Granz's avatar appears, revealing that he requested a favor from Count Lee to protect Mana women.
Secret of Mana[]

Two vampires are fought, with the first being in the Northtown Ruins and the second in the Mana Fortress.
Trials of Mana[]
The demon Malocchio possesses the appearance and traits of a vampire, including the ability to summon bats and to draw blood from his victims in order to sustain his life force. If either Hawkeye or Riesz is the Chosen of the Sword, Malocchio can be fought in Night Cavern.
