Why exactly is there a picture of Inath in the Dark Prince's article? Does Inath gets possessed and becomes his new vessel? Or is it just Inath using a self-appointed an self-agrandizing title? I thought that Inath was corrupted by Anise and that he died in a surge of power from the mirror shortly before Anise possesses Cecilia? I did not play the game, but I would like to know, if someone can clarify...

I remember seeing that as well, and it's completely arbitrary. I think someone just made a strained connection that Inath and the Dark Prince are the same person, based on... I don't know, conjecture, I guess. As far as I know, there's nothing to support that theory.

Dark Prince is also not Stroud, despite what people think; they're probably both "versions" of the same person, though. Heroes of Mana covers their tracks with a lot of the messy lore connections by establishing that all these "similar enough but not quite the same guy" parallels are because of alternate realities. It's lazy, but it does add up.
