Swordmaster (ソードマスター, Sōdo Masutā?), known as Edelfrei, is a recurring class in the Mana series.
Known as Weapon Master (ウェポンマスター, Wepon Masutā?) in Sword of Mana.

The Swordmaster is the Dark Light job class for Duran. The Swordmaster essentially specializes in Saber spells, and with the exception of Light Saber and Dark Saber, allows two way support; indirect support with its multicasting abilities to help the team fight as one, and with Moon Saber and Leaf Saber to allow specific ailing party members to regain HP and MP as they fight onward, and direct support as they can help team up to take out other foes, and take charge to build up their Class Strike meter. Due to this skillset, they are best for helping to cover magic based ground and taking the head on charge for either a physically orientated or unorthodox setup party that focuses greatly on teamwork and divide and conquer strategies.
