Sotherbee (サザビー Sazabī) is a character from Legend of Mana. 45 years of age, Sotherbee is a dog humanoid who faithfully serves Kristie as her personal butler. While he is known to achieve perfection in the tasks that he executes, he is said to be but a child at heart. Sotherbee is also mockingly referred to as "Mr. Fuddy-duddy" by Skippie.

Personality[]
As one who is immensely devoted to carrying out the duties that are imposed on him, Sotherbee has been portrayed as an individual who is fastidious to a fault, oftentimes taking the work that he carries out a tad too seriously. This fact is made evident through his role in both Huntin' Du'Cate and Catchin' Lilipeas, where he is exceedingly earnest in urging Skippie and Hamson to engage in the ridiculous tasks of tracking down Du'Cate in the former and trapping Lilipeas in the latter.
As is to be expected of one who carries out his duties with pride, Sotherbee has proven to be one who desperately attempts, but usually fails, to command the respect of those he interacts with. This is evidenced through his taking deep offense each time Skippie addresses him as "Mr. Fuddy-Duddy", expressing shock before furiously insisting on not being referred to as such.
