Shuriken is a spell used by Hawkeye in Seiken Densetsu 3. He learns it only if he class changes into a Ninja. It is a Ninjutsu spell that creates shuriken from one's own fighting spirit in one's palm, allowing them nearly infinite access to these throwing weapons. Does damage to an enemy and lowers it's hit-rate. Costs 1 MP.
