The Shimmering Ruins (called the Ancient Ruins of Light in the fan translation) is a dungeon in Seiken Densetsu 3. It is where you fight Lightgazer, the God-Beast of Light. Like Gemstone Valley Dorian and the Forest of Wonder, it is inaccessible without the Wind Drum.
