The Scaly Lair is a location and field area in Sword of Mana. It's located in the greater Topple region at the north of the world, and is connected to the Path to Scaly Lair to the south and the Marsh Cave to the north.
Story[]
Following the events in Vinquette Hall, once the Hero and the Heroine receives information about the water spirit in Marsh Cave, so they crosses this path to continue their journey to Wendel.
Later, after rescuing Undine, the protagonists must take her to the lake near the gold godness statue so that she can heal, and as reward to them, she will definitely joins the group.
With her magic, the heroes can unseal Road to Wendel and progress on their path.
