Moon Energy is a Moon-elemental spell in Secret of Mana. It is one of six spells taught by Luna, the Mana Spirit of Moon and is a support spell that gives a set number of the target's physical attacks a 100% critical hit rate.
Primm can cast the spell at a cost of 2 MP.
