Talk to the Jadd noble after escaping your jail cell during Chapter I. This chain ability is missable and cannot be retrieved after escaping Jadd.

Interact with Flammie in Celestial Peak during Chapter IV. This is a story-linked ability and thus cannot be missed. It can only be obtained if Reisz is in your party.
