Fa'Diel is the world in which most, if not all, games of the Mana series take place. It has a rich variety of climates and geographic features not unlike our world. It is inhabited by several intelligent races and is said to have been created by the Mana Goddess. It is usually divided into at least three kingdoms, some of them allied, others at war with each other.
Its geography is different in each game, though connections can be made. This is most likely due to the large time gaps between each game. There are two notable pairs that are exceptions to this rule. Seiken Densetsu 3 and Heroes of Mana have the same overworld, since they are only 19 years apart. The other pair is Dawn of Mana and Children of Mana; these two share the same overworld, only being 10 years apart from each other.
